James Firearm was established in 2008. In August of 2010 we moved to our current location in Greer, South Carolina on Highway 14 just minutes north of I-85. We strive to achieve customer service excellence that larger dealers simply do not have the time to provide. We are a dealer of most major firearm and firearm related brands.

Transfers

We offer title I (Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun) firearm transfers for $20. Most shops in the area are charging $35 even up to $50 for the same service. We believe in building long term relationships with our customers, we are sure you will use us for all of your future firearm needs. Just give us a call and we will email or fax our FFL out ASAP.

We also offer title II transfers (silencers, AOW, SBR's, SBS's, and machineguns, and destructive devices). Because of the extensive paperwork and lengthy storage of very expensive items we charge $50 for silencer, SBR, SBS, and AOW transfers. Machineguns and destructive device transfers are $100.

Moly Resin and Duracoating

Firearm refinishing is quoted on a per job basis. We use Moly Resin and/or Duracoat depending upon the material and requested color. Camo patterns and parkerizing also available.

Palmetto State Defense

Palmetto State Defense, LLC is a small, privately owned manufacturer (07/02) located in Greer, SC. We build everything from full production to one off, custom AR's, AK's and FAL's. We are constantly developing and testing new designs and projects. We are dedicated to building quality, not quantity so our rifles tend to be of limited production runs.

Each PSD-15 rifle is hand-built by skilled professionals in a precision machine shop environment in upstate South Carolina. Every rifle is built to a higher standard using the highest quality parts and materials available. The PSD-15 is our "basic" M4 styled AR. We go the extra mile by adding "the little things" here and there that you normally won't find on a standard production M4. Along with our standard rifle we also offer an MOE version and the piston driven, SRC (suppressor ready carbine).
